Bu Gizlilik Politikasi, Meridian mobil uygulamasi ve iliskili hizmetlerin ("Hizmet") kullanicilarinin kisisel verilerinin nasil toplandigi, islendigi, saklandigi ve korundugu hakkinda bilgi vermektedir.

3. Verilerin Islenme Amaclari

- Burs ve basvuru sureclerinde yonlendirme saglamak
- Hizmeti gelistirmek ve kullanici deneyimini iyilestirmek

4. Verilerin Saklanmasi ve Guvenligi
Verileriniz Firebase (Google Cloud) altyapisi uzerinde, europe-west1 (Belcika) bolgesinde saklanmaktadir. Veriler aktarim sirasinda TLS sifreleme ile korunmaktadir.
5. Yapay Zeka Islemesi
ATLAS AI Danismani: Claude AI (Anthropic) tarafindan desteklenmektedir. Sohbet gecmisiniz kisisellestirilmis oneriler sunmak icin islenir. Anthropic, kisisel verilerinizi kalici olarak saklamaz veya model egitiminde kullanmaz.
Risk Analizi: Gemini (Google) modeli ile ulke risk degerlendirmesi yapilir. Bu islem anonim veri uzerinde calisir; kisisel verileriniz Google AI'a iletilmez.
6. Veri Saklama Suresi
- Hesap bilgileri: Hesabiniz aktif oldugu surece saklanir
- Sohbet gecmisi: Hesabiniz aktif oldugu surece saklanir
- Hesap silme talebi sonrasi: Tum veriler 30 gun icinde kalici olarak silinir

8. Cerezler ve Izleme
Meridian yalnizca zorunlu cerezleri kullanir (oturum yonetimi icin). Reklam veya analitik amacli ucuncu taraf cerezleri kullanilmaz.
9. Kullanici Haklari
Asagidaki haklarinizi kullanmak icin support@meridianedu.ai adresine basvurabilirsiniz:
- Erisim hakki: Hangi verilerinizin islendigi hakkinda bilgi alma
- Duzeltme hakki: Yanlis veya eksik verilerin duzeltilmesini talep etme
- Silme hakki: Kisisel verilerinizin silinmesini talep etme
- Tasinabilirlik hakki: Verilerinizin makine tarafindan okunabilir formatta size iletilmesi
- Itiraz hakki: Veri islemesine itiraz etme
Talepler 30 gun icinde yanitlanir.
10. Cocuklarin Gizliligi
14 yasindan kucuk kullanicilar ebeveyn izni olmadan hesap olusturamaz. 14-18 yas arasi kullanicilar ebeveyn onayi ile Hizmeti kullanabilir.
11. Politika Degisiklikleri
Bu politikada yapilacak onemli degisiklikler uygulama ici bildirim ve/veya e-posta yoluyla kullanicilara duyurulacaktir.

4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure in the europe-west1 (Belgium) region. Data is protected with TLS encryption during transmission.
5. AI Processing
ATLAS AI Advisor: Powered by Claude AI (Anthropic). Your chat history is processed to provide personalized recommendations. Anthropic does not permanently store your personal data or use it for model training.
Risk Analysis: Country risk assessment is performed using Google's Gemini model. This process operates on anonymized data; your personal information is not transmitted to Google AI.
6. Data Retention
- Account information: Retained while your account is active
- Chat history: Retained while your account is active
- After account deletion request: All data is permanently deleted within 30 days

Users under the age of 14 cannot create an account without parental consent. Users between 14 and 18 may use the Service with parental approval.
