Kullanim Kosullari

Bu Kullanim Kosullari ("Kosullar"), Meridian mobil uygulamasi ve iliskili hizmetlerin ("Hizmet") kullanimina iliskin sartlari duzenler. Hizmeti kullanarak bu Kosullari kabul etmis sayilirsiniz.

1. Hizmet Tanimi

Meridian, yapay zeka destekli bir yurt disi egitim danismanlik platformudur. Hizmet sunlari icerir:

ATLAS AI danismani ile kisisellestirilmis egitim rehberligi
51 ulke ve 900+ program arasinda eslesme analizi
Ogrenci Etki Puani (OEP) ile ulke risk degerlendirmesi
Burs, vize ve basvuru sureci bilgilendirmesi
Yaz okulu, degisim programi, dil okulu, yatili lise, hazirlik/pathway ve diploma programlari kapsaminda oneriler

2. Kullanim Sartlari

2.1 Yas Siniri

18 yas ve uzeri: Bagimsiz olarak hesap olusturabilir ve Hizmeti kullanabilir.
14-17 yas arasi: Ebeveyn veya yasal vasi onayi ile Hizmeti kullanabilir.
14 yas alti: Hizmeti kullanamaz.

2.2 Hesap Sorumluluklari

Hesap bilgilerinizin guvenliginden siz sorumlusunuz
Hesabinizi ucuncu kisilere devredemezsiniz
Gercege uygun bilgi saglama yukumlulugunuz vardir
Hesabinizda yetkisiz erisim tespit ederseniz derhal bize bildirmelisiniz

3. Yapay Zeka Hizmeti Sorumluluk Reddi

ONEMLI UYARI: ATLAS AI danismani yalnizca bilgilendirme amacli rehberlik saglar. ATLAS:

Hicbir universite veya programa garantili kabul vaat etmez
Onerilerde azami %92 guven orani sunar; hicbir bilgi %100 kesin degildir
Lisansli bir egitim danismani veya hukuki musavir degildir
Sagladigi bilgiler resmi kaynaklardan dogrulanmalidir

Kullanicilar, ATLAS'in sundugu onerilere dayanarak aldiklari kararlardan kendileri sorumludur. Meridian, onerilerin dogrudan veya dolayli sonuclarindan hukuki sorumluluk kabul etmez.

4. Yasakli Kullanimlar

Asagidaki davranislar kesinlikle yasaktir:

Hizmeti yasa disi amaclarla kullanmak
Otomatik araclarlä (bot, scraper) veri cekmek
Diger kullanicilara taciz, tehdit veya zarar vermek
Yaniltici veya sahte bilgi girerek sistemi manipule etmek
Hizmetin guvenligini tehlikeye atacak eylemler
Hizmetin herhangi bir parcasini kopyalamak, dagitmak veya tersine muhendislik yapmak

5. Fikri Mulkiyet

Platform: Meridian uygulamasi, tasarimi, algoritmalari ve markalari Meridian'a aittir.
Kullanici Verileri: Kullanicilar kendi kisisel verilerinin sahipligini korur.
AI Ciktilari: ATLAS tarafindan uretilen icerikler bilgilendirme amaclidir ve ticari olarak yeniden dagitilamaz.

6. Sorumluluk Sinirlamasi

Meridian, Hizmet araciligiyla sunulan onerilerin yalnizca danisma niteliginde oldugunu ve garanti teskil etmedigini beyan eder. Meridian:

Herhangi bir universite veya programa kabul garantisi vermez
Ulke risk analizlerinin (OEP) kesin dogruluk iddiasinda bulunmaz
Kullanicinin aldigi kararlarin sonuclarindan sorumluluk kabul etmez
Ucuncu taraf hizmetlerinin (Firebase, AI saglayicilari) kesintilerinden sorumluluk kabul etmez

7. Hesap Sonlandirma

Kullanici tarafindan: Hesabinizi istediginiz zaman uygulama ici ayarlardan veya support@meridianedu.ai araciligiyla silebilirsiniz.
Meridian tarafindan: Kosullarin ihlali durumunda Meridian, hesabinizi onceden bildirimle askiya alma veya sonlandirma hakkini sakli tutar.

8. Degisiklikler

Bu Kosullar zaman zaman guncellenebilir. Onemli degisiklikler uygulama ici bildirim ile duyurulur. Degisiklik sonrasi Hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmeniz, guncellenmis Kosullari kabul ettiginiz anlamina gelir.

9. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu Kosullar Turkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyusmazliklar Istanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri tarafindan cozume kavusturulur.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the Meridian mobile application and related services ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Meridian is an AI-powered study abroad advisory platform. The Service includes:

Personalized educational guidance through the ATLAS AI advisor
Matching analysis across 51 countries and 900+ programs
Country risk assessment via Student Impact Score (OEP)
Information on scholarships, visas, and application processes
Recommendations across summer schools, exchange programs, language schools, boarding schools, foundation/pathway programs, and degree programs

2. Eligibility and Account

2.1 Age Requirements

18 years and older: May independently create an account and use the Service.
14 to 17 years old: May use the Service with parental or legal guardian consent.
Under 14: May not use the Service.

2.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials
You may not transfer your account to third parties
You are obligated to provide accurate information
You must notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access to your account

3. AI Service Disclaimer

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The ATLAS AI advisor provides informational guidance only. ATLAS:

Does not guarantee admission to any university or program
Provides recommendations with a maximum 92% confidence level; no information is 100% certain
Is not a licensed education consultant or legal advisor
Provides information that should be verified with official sources

Users are solely responsible for decisions made based on ATLAS recommendations. Meridian accepts no legal liability for the direct or indirect consequences of its recommendations.

4. Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Using the Service for illegal purposes
Extracting data through automated tools (bots, scrapers)
Harassing, threatening, or harming other users
Manipulating the system by entering misleading or false information
Actions that jeopardize the security of the Service
Copying, distributing, or reverse-engineering any part of the Service

5. Intellectual Property

Platform: The Meridian application, its design, algorithms, and trademarks belong to Meridian.
User Data: Users retain ownership of their personal data.
AI Outputs: Content generated by ATLAS is for informational purposes and may not be commercially redistributed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Meridian states that recommendations provided through the Service are advisory in nature only and do not constitute guarantees. Meridian:

Does not guarantee admission to any university or program
Does not claim absolute accuracy of country risk analyses (OEP)
Does not accept liability for the outcomes of user decisions
Does not accept liability for interruptions of third-party services (Firebase, AI providers)

7. Termination

By the user: You may delete your account at any time through in-app settings or by contacting support@meridianedu.ai.
By Meridian: In cases of Terms violation, Meridian reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account with prior notice.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul.
